How do I create a new Group?

As a manager I know that I have the ability to create new Groups but although I seem to be able to access all the Manager settings I do not seem to be able to find the command to create a new Group. Would be most grateful for a tip!

  1. Thanks very much Trudi and Marina (and Leny). Missed the little Create button at the top.

  2. Once they are enabed when you go to the groups page the create new will always be there at the top. You may also check to verify that you have the rights to create a new group for your role.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Go to Manager Panel -> Features -> Current instance and under the Groups you have Enable and Disable button. When you enable, the Groups will show up on your Navigation tab.

    When the Group is Enabled then you can go on your Navigation tab and you will have Group tab, when you click on it, it will show on the left side + GROUP and when you click that you will be able to create New Group.
