Could you please explain how do you Disable users?
When we submit users to be unsubscribed from the network, what is the process?

Hi Darko,
Now if you have managers permissions you are able to remove members from the network through Manager panel.
Go to Manager Panel, open in Member management open Members option, select the member or more members and click in the right bottom corner Remove option. When you click Remove the pop-up window will ask you one more time if you are sure and when you mark that option click Yes and the member will be removed from the current network, instance or group.

Hi Darko,
Deactivating members are at this moment done by the Support Team. When the member wants to be unsubscribed from the network, he notifies us (in your case Aqua SPE) and then we delete his email address, disable his account and his membership is removed.
We are looking into some options to allow members to deactivate their own accounts.
