General settings panel is the first option that contains general information about the instance. General settings are available for network, community and groups. It contains basic information about the instance - like name, logo, description etc. Not all options are available for all instances. List of available options: Name: Name of the instance. Displayed in your platform navigation and alongside branding. This name is also used as the sender in emails, notifications and system messages. Icon: Instance icon which will be displayed in the browser. Suggested image size is 60x60px. Full Logo: Instance logo which will be displayed in the top left corner. It's also link to homepage of that instance. Suggested size is 150x20px . About: About box contains two sections - title and description. If About section is enabled, it will be displayed on the homepage, just under the banner. It should contain some information about the current instance - e.g what is the purpose and such. Image on modal for creating new account: If registrations are enabled on the instance, instance manager can set image that will be displayed in registration modal window for that instance. Text on modal for creating new account: If registrations are enabled on the instance, instance manager can set text that will be displayed in registration modal window for that instance.
